Funeral service for Mr. Bobby Sandlin, age 87, of Fayetteville, TN, will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Sunday, June 10, 2018, at Higgins Funeral Home with Rev, Ed Templeton officiating. Burial will follow in Lebanon Cemetery.
Mr. Sandlin was born on April 29, 1931 in Lincoln County, TN to the late Lawrence B. and Vallie Rosetta West Sandlin. He worked as a cattle farmer and attended Harms United Methodist Church. Mr. Sandlin passed away on June 7, 2018.
Survivors include his wife, Gayle Solomon Sandlin; daughter, Belinda Davis of Fayetteville, TN; and grandson, Jim Bob Sandlin of Fayetteville, TN. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Larry Sandlin, and son-in-law, Homer Davis.
Visitation with the family will be held at 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Saturday, June 9, 2018, at Higgins Funeral Home. Higgins is honored to be serving the family of Mr. Sandlin.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Fayetteville – Lincoln County Humane Society at 1718 Pulaski Hwy, Fayetteville, TN 37334.
