Funeral services for Mr. Andrew Almon Posey, age 26, of Fayetteville will be conducted at 2PM Saturday at Higgins Funeral Home with Pastor Tommy Graham officiating.  Burial will follow in Macedonia Cemetery.  Mr. Posey died Tuesday.

He was a native of Tuscaloosa County, AL, was employed in the construction business and a member of the Maranatha Baptist Church. Mr. Posey was a 2000 graduate of Lincoln County High School.

Survivors include his wife Carmen Haislip Posey of Fayetteville, son Michael Brannon of Unionville, mother Patty Nevels Rucci and husband Terry of Murfreesboro, father Richard Almon Posey and wife Sandra of Fayetteville, brother Mark Posey of Murfreesboro, sister Tiffany Posey of Fayetteville, grandmothers Lillian C. Posey of Fayetteville, Betty Nevels of Huntsville, AL., Uncles Alan Posey of Middleburg, FL, Mark Posey and wife Missy of Fayetteville, Glen Neal and wife Sharon of Harvest, AL, Aunt Carolyn Lewis of Murfreesboro and several cousins.   He was preceded in death by grandfathers, David Almon Posey of Fayetteville and Clarence T. Nevels of Huntsville, AL.

Visitation with the family will be Friday evening 5-8PM at Higgins Funeral Home.
